Employers and vacancies
Vacancies can be logged onto the database in order to successfully match clients to a
particular vacancy or vacancies to a particular client. Comprehensive job descriptions
can be recorded to allow for successful client matching to the vacancy.
Employers can put their vacancies onto the database using it as a recruitment tool to find
candidates who are suitable for the vacancy and who have the relevant skills needed for
the job.
Vacancies are directly linked to employers, the employers company details can also be
profiled identifying what their capabilities are as a company. Businesses can then be matched
to market opportunities based on the capabilities that they have.
All agencies who work with people and businesses will be able to co-ordinate their activity to
the benefit of the client.
